Mayor –

Attached, please find a copy of the “Stakeholder Meetings’ being held to discuss the implementation of the TMDL’s.

These new limits will be legally binding and could possibly result in a very large capital upgrade to the POTW, in addition to the replacement of the digesters that we are now facing.

Please forward this to the council to see if anyone else wishes to attend the April 21 meeting with me.

Thank you

Harvey

The EPA has just required me to take a class on lead safety for renovation, Which can result in fines up to 32,000 dollars, so I'm told, if you're not trained or you don't comply. Now the EPA wants to fine municipalities for lack of vegitation or not telling people to shite less often. (the e was for Dan) The feds know how to generate cash flow. Let's bring 'em in for some local ideas. Thanks for the invite, but it sounds like nap time.
